Custom website, Framer or WordPress: choosing the right system
The best website system is the one that matches how the client will use it after launch. Visual control, editing comfort and maintenance matter as much as the first design.
Custom code
Custom code is useful when the visual direction is specific, interactions matter and the page system needs to behave in a way a template cannot easily support. It gives more control over motion, layout and integrations.
Framer
Framer can work well for presentation websites where visual editing matters and the structure stays relatively contained. It is often a good choice when the client wants to adjust content without touching code.
WordPress
WordPress is strongest when the site needs frequent publishing, structured content or a familiar CMS. The tradeoff is that the visual direction can become more constrained if the implementation leans too heavily on themes and plugins.
Zwaistein can start from scratch or build around a CMS when the editing workflow matters more than complete visual freedom.
